Tore down a one-story garage
Built a handicap ramp and wheelchair-accessible shower
Widened doorways for wheelchair entry, installing windows
Painted an entire house, installed a new kitchen floor, painted the kitchen
Recreation of the front deck
Replaced spongy floors
Installed new linoleum
Built front deck with steps
Repaired door and window, installed shower grab bar
Stained multiple decks
Cut branches on dangerous, overhanging trees and removed stumps
Painted & stained house trim and porch
Removed large debris piles
Cleaned multiple homes top to bottom, including organization, painting rooms, and new shelving

Home repairs included fixing the soffit, building the railing, making the entryway safe with a non-slip finish on the deck, and enclosing the porch. We also cleaned and organized the inside and trimmed bushes and trees.
Rebuilt a porch, the steps, and railings, including painting the porch area and tree clean up.
Removed ceilings and old insulation debris from a mobile home and built a new roof over the existing roof - the insulation was blown in and then all new sheet rock ceilings were added, which included priming and painting. Water issues were fixed, and the mess from taking down the ceiling was cleaned up.
Trailer repair – provided trailer skirting, steps, insulation, sheetrock, and interior painting.
Repaired bedroom by installing beadboard walls, ceiling board and chair railings. Painted bedroom & living room, fixed cellar steps, installed window molding around window in bedroom.
Repaired 2 windows for a homeowner.
Weeded the garden, including laying fresh mulch. Replaced garage window, painted porch, and installed garage window trim. Fixed soft spot in floor and provided step repair.
Piled wood and did outside yard work.
Removed two sliding glass doors that were very leaky and left the home owner cold in the winter and replaced with brand new french doors, which included painted trim.
Removed leaky chimney and repaired roof; laundry room floor had a huge hole, laid new sub flooring and new linoleum, removed damaged shower stall and garden tub not used to be replaced with larger walk-in shower, and storage area. Cleaning, organizing, tore up carpeting, and painting ceilings & walls throughout the home's interior.

friends while blessing others in our community! It will be an experience that
will touch your heart and the heart of others!
Come serve with us this year from August 12th - August 16th. We welcome volunteers of all ages and availability - join us for the entire week, half a week, a day, or even just half a day!
